Place Materials on Reserves

The Central Piedmont Community College Libraries maintain a Course Reserve collection at each campus to support the instruction requirements of specific courses. This collection is reviewed at the end of each semester to ensure relevance and copyright compliance. The Course Reserve collection can include copyrighted materials (such as books, chapters from books, journal articles, and videos) and non-copyrighted materials (such as lecture notes and sample tests). The CPCC libraries comply with the U.S. Copyright act (Title 17, U.S. Code). This law is available online at www.loc.gov/copyright/title17.
