Equipment Reservation Request
Use this form to reserve equipment at any CPCC campus. Advance notice at campus libraries is recommended. Because of heavy demand, delivery of equipment cannot be guaranteed without 24-hour advance notice. To ensure delivery, please schedule with this in mind.
The types of equipment available varies at each campus. Please check in advance with your campus to see if the campus library owns the equipment you need or you may be referred to a different campus library.
Check-out privileges require submission of the equipment use authorization form.
